Copperpot — Privacy Policy

Copperpot is a personal daily-spending tracker. Your privacy is simple to explain, because Copperpot is built to keep your information entirely on your own device.

What we collect

Nothing. Copperpot does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts and makes no network connections.

What stays on your device

Everything you enter stays on your iPhone or iPad:

• Your daily allowance and currency
• Your logged expenses, notes, and any photos you attach
• Your streaks, history, and settings

This information is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us or to any third party. If you use the Export backup feature, a backup file is created and saved only to the location you choose (for example, the Files app or your own iCloud Drive). You are in full control of that file.

Permissions

• Camera — used only if you choose to attach a photo to an expense. Photos you take are stored locally with your entry and never uploaded.
• Photos — when you add a photo from your library, Copperpot uses Apple's system photo picker, which shares only the single image you select. Copperpot does not have access to the rest of your photo library.
• Notifications — optional. If you turn on the evening reminder, Copperpot schedules local notifications on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

Third parties

Copperpot uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

Children

Copperpot does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new "Last updated" date.
